Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Transesy, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Transesy on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If the law where you live requires consent from a parent, guardian, school, or another authorised person, you must obtain that consent before using Transesy.
Keep your sign-in method and account access secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for giving accurate information. Tell us promptly at support@transesy.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
The service
Transesy helps you organise documents and create learning materials such as notes, study guides, mind maps, flashcards, quizzes, cheat sheets, exports, and AI Tutor responses.
Features may change as the service develops. Some features depend on your plan, available AI Credits, file limits, supported formats, or third-party services.
Your content
You keep ownership of the documents, prompts, and other content you submit. You give Transesy permission to host, copy, process, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or contains personal information you are not authorised to provide.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Transesy. This includes attempting unauthorised access, interfering with the service, bypassing limits or security controls, introducing malicious code, scraping at unreasonable scale, impersonating others, or using the service to create or distribute unlawful or harmful material.
You may not resell, reverse engineer, or reproduce material from Transesy except where the law allows it or we give you permission.
AI-generated material
AI-generated notes, answers, quizzes, citations, and other outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. They are study aids, not a substitute for your source material, instructor guidance, or professional advice.
Review important information against the original document and reliable sources. You remain responsible for how you use or rely on generated material, including work submitted for assessment.
Plans, AI Credits, and payments
Prices, plan features, credit costs, storage limits, renewal terms, and any expiry rules are shown before purchase or use. AI Credits are not currency, are not transferable, and have no cash value.
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed purchases are not refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for managing any recurring plan before its next billing date.
Availability and account action
We work to keep Transesy available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect the service.
Transesy may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address unpaid charges. You may stop using Transesy at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls or support.
Transesy materials
The service, brand, interface, software, designs, and materials supplied by Transesy are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Transesy materials to you.
Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Transesy is provided on an “as available” basis and implied warranties are excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Transesy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of data, lost study time, or loss caused by relying on AI-generated material. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum remedy permitted by applicable law.
Changes and contact
These Terms may be changed to reflect new features, operational requirements, or legal obligations. Material changes will be presented through the service or another reasonable channel. Continuing to use Transesy after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@transesy.com.
